Loving husband of the late Phyllis and a much loved and sadly missed brother in law and uncle. Funeral service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 17th December at 12 noon. Family flowers only please donations for Cancer Research in memory of Jack may be sent to Thomas Greatorex & Sons Ltd, 29 Knowleston Place, Matlock, DE4 3BU.
